Reepham Lions have donated £500 to a local initiative to provide generators to families in the Ukraine. Their donation helped to fund 112 generators which have been gathered together and delivered to the Ukraine by North Norfolk MP Duncan Baker. Mr Baker visited the Ukraine in February, taking with him an Ukrainian woman, Anna Kolomiichuck, who had fled Kyiv last year with her son to live with Mr Baker and his family and returned with the group to visit her husband who was unable to leave the country.
The donation was received by Rob Scammel, a North Walsham businessman, who led the group trip.
